Water-soluble molding compound, white creamy paste / drawing mixture. Highly saturated colloidal pigment with extremely fine particles. These small particles allow the paste to completely fill the space between the stamp and the part during heavy separation. They also reduce the appearance of scratches, compared with coarse pigment.
It is used for deep drawing for all steels, including stainless, where at heavy operations the filled (pigmented) structure is necessary. Usually used for sequential / progressive drawing of car bushings using a recirculation system. It is easily mixed and mechanical mixing is not accompanied by foaming. Used for straightening without drawing, in undiluted or diluted form, depending on the severity of the operation.
